When I was younger, I didn’t really know what it meant to have regrets. I heard about people living with no regrets and it seemed…well, like something that was obvious. But since growing up and having an adult life of my own, it has seemed a lot more important.

If you’re someone who’s deeply passionate and invested in your life, you’ve probably thought about legacy a lot over the years. And yet, we’ve hardly ever discussed the topic on this site. So let’s break that silence, shall we?
Continue reading “How to leave a legacy”Embracing change in others (and yourself)
Lately I’ve been noticing a lot of change around me, in the world and within people that I know and care about. Some of it’s positive, and some I may be inclined to classify as negative, but if I’m being honest, most of it’s just neutral. And of course, as with most things that are just neutral, there is a lot to be examined. So let’s jump in and talk about it!

I’ve been meditating for a few years now, and I guess you could say I’ve fallen into certain habits. I don’t do it the same every time, but here are four ways that I’ve tried that work for me.

Hello everyone, and as always, welcome back to the Thoughts that Bind! As you know, we’re long into “swimsuit season” here in the northern hemisphere, and I feel like that warrants a short discussion that’s overdue. So here we go.

And it’s left me with a lot of love for them. However, I also have a lot to say. So today, I just wanted to write down my thoughts. If you are someone who is of an older generation, know that I’m also writing to you. (In a vague and generalized way.) I hope you will take time to read my thoughts, as I have taken a long time to piece them together.
